3. Service Estimates & Professional Agreements

Formal pest control, termite warranty, wildlife exclusion, or lawn treatment agreements are established only through signed service agreements, inspection reports, or written estimates delivered directly by our licensed technicians.

All termite warranties, retreatment guarantees, and exclusion warranties are strictly governed by the explicit written terms set forth in the specific customer agreement executed at the time of service.

4. Wood Infestation Reports (WIR)

Requests for Wood Infestation Reports (WDI / WIR inspections) submitted via our online real estate portal are subject to physical inspection scheduling, access to the subject property, and completion by our certified inspectors in compliance with the rules of the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries. The official findings are documented exclusively on the official state report form provided at the conclusion of the inspection.
